He was born November 16, 1967 in Vientiane, Laos the second of six children born to Theuang and Damdouane (Luangrath) Mounsithiraj. On May 28, 1993 he married Jean Martin in Goshen. His life began August 6, 1934 in Dowagiac, Michigan the older of two sons born to Frank and Anna McCormick. He married Virginia Irene McIntyre October 3, 1953 in Decatur, Michigan.
