How much do you love McDonalds’ Big Mac? Enough to wear an 18-karat-gold ring created in its likeness (with diamonds as sesame seeds, orange sapphires as the special sauce, and tsavorite garnets as the lettuce, pickles, and onions)?

Today, McDonalds announced the Bling Mac, a bespoke seven-layer stacked ring inspired by the classic Big Mac, which turns 50 this year. And it’s truly a sight to behold.

While you won’t be able to buy this inventive (and, at an estimated $12,500, expensive) riff on the beloved burger—there’s but one Bling Mac in existence—McDonalds is putting it up as a prize for a Valentine’s Day contest, which officially launched today on social media. The restaurant chain is asking enthusiasts—or anyone who really, really wants a bedazzled burger ring—to proclaim their “vows of love” for the sandwich on Twitter, tagging @McDonalds and #BlingMacContest, before Valentine’s Day (February 14) for a chance to win the accessory.

The person with the most creative ode to the Big Mac will be able to call the ring—created by London fine-jewelry designer Nadine Ghosn, known for her cheeky food-inspired pieces—their own.

An unexpected result of this contest, though, might be a new burger-themed engagement ring trend—which, TBH, we’re not at all opposed to.
